New Tag - Koufay

First I would like to thank CILM's Artists that so generously gave images/tubes to its license holders again this year. I didn't have any Koufay images before; too mature for my personal taste. Now I have this GORGEOUS Marilyn Monroe.

Second a thank you to Scrappy Bit of Fun for the fabulous New Years kit to play with and to Ali for the Template.
