Every once-in-awhile, I just need to make something 'funny'. When I saw the fun artwork by Ken Morton, "On The Way To Krazy Town" came to mind. The scrap is by Fantasy Moments and I've had it for quite some time. I also used a template (when I remember whose it was, I will add that later).
