This Keith Garvey image is one of my favorites.  For my tag I chose a kit by Sam's Scraps called "French Connection", which you can purchase >here<.  I received a generous prize awhile back and this kit was one of the beauties I selected by Sam.  No tutorial was used, or written, for this tag.
