Sometimes I like realistic artwork and sometimes I like toon type. When I saw this Marilyn Monroe piece by Victoria Fox (formerly at PTE), I just *had* to have her. I did not use a tutorial for this tag. The kit I used is called Platinum Card from 2010. Thanks for looking.
