~Here We Go~

* NOTE * For my tag, I recolored all of the "Glitter" layers to #593829 using PSP's Manual Color Correction. (Raster 5, 7, 9, 11, and 14) When I finished adding papers and/or tubes to the layers that had these frames, I merged visible and re-named with original Raster Layer Names used in the Template.  For example, Raster 7 is the glitter frame for Raster 3. When merged visible, name is RASTER 3.

For my personal taste, the template is quite large. I re-sized all layers so that the end result is less than 600x600 (on a duplicate of course). Delete credit layer and Raster 15.

One layer at a time, on Raster 8 and Raster 10, perform these same steps. Select All; Float; Defloat; copy and paste Paper 13. Selections; Invert; hit Delete on paper layer. Select none. Delete template layer.

On Raster 10 circle Select All; Float; Defloat; copy and paste Close-Up; position to your liking; Selections; Invert; hit Delete on tube layer. Select none. Change Blend Mode to one that suits your tag.

Repeat for the Raster 8 circle. Depending upon the look you want, perhaps use a different blend mode.

On Raster 3 Circle Select All; Float; Defloat. Duplicate layer; keep selected. Open Paper 4; copy; Paste Into Selection. Select None.  Delete template layer.

Open Lanterns; Copy and paste; mirror; re-size as needed; place where you like best.

On Raster 2 Circle Select All; Float; Defloat. Duplicate layer; keep selected. Open Paper 9; copy; Paste Into Selection. Select None.  Delete template layer.

On Raster 12 Select All; Float; Defloat; copy and paste Paper 11; position over the rectangles to your liking. Selections; Invert; hit Delete on paper layer. Select none. Delete template layer.

Open Fog; copy and paste above the Raster 12 layers; position where you like.

Open Moon 2; copy and paste; re-size to fit your tag; place below Raster 12 rectangles.

Open Bird 3; copy and paste; re-size to fit your tag; place above Moon.

On Raster 4 Select All; Float; Defloat; Modify; Expand by 1. Copy and paste Paper 3; position to your liking. Selections; Invert; hit Delete on paper layer. Select none. Delete template layer.

Open Skeleton 2, copy and paste above Paper 3; re-size as needed; place where desired.

Open Magic, copy and paste; Rotate 90 Degrees (left or right). Place to left or right side of tag; send layer to bottom. Duplicate; image; mirror. This element will appear differently on white background than it does on black background.

Copy and paste your Tube as top layer. Add other elements to decorate your tag; I used Cauldron, Candle, Books, Flower, Grass.

I cropped then re-sized all layers my final tag dimensions are 591x536. When you re-size, be sure to sharpen as needed.

Now add the proper Crediting. Adding them after resizing your tag will ensure that they remain crisp; clear; and easy to read.

Now add your Name. I used the Wizards Magic Font and added Noise and small Gradient Glow.
